Tuatu stood straight up over the player and another BYU player gave Tuatu a congratulatory bump moving Tuatu into the UVA player just as he was getting up (which the UVA player understandably did not appreciate). That said, Tuatu didn't need to stand straight over the player putting him so close that a little nudge from his teammate would cause contact. Even if it were intentional, the ref should have just given Tuatu a warning rather than throwing that flag. It was a bad call and officiating was extremely helpful in keeping UVA drives alive all game long.
