Yep. You nailed it. I lived there for five years. Really, really, really glad to be out of that cesspool. Virginia=bad government, high taxes, lots of crime, too close to the District of Criminals. The only thing good about Virginia is that it isn't Maryland--although these days they're doing their absolute best to emulate the People's Republic.
