I think you're all underestimating this.
In his question order matters. So, the probability of the first brother having his kids in that specific order is .5^5. Assuming (usually a safe assumption) each child is independent of the other and each family independent of the other, the probability of having 5 families each with 5 kids in the exact same boy-girl pattern would be .5^25.
