I get that they're probably instructed to ref/govern in a certain way, but good grief. It's like the guy was the "happiness police" or something.

So few kids ever get an opportunity to enjoy a moment like scoring a D-1 touchdown. As long as they aren't trying to get in the face of the other team, etc., let them celebrate and have a little fun. Sheesh.
