Devon. Blackmon is fast, especially by BYU standards, but (and I know I'm going to get flamed for saying this), he doesn't appear to be quite the speed merchant all of us thought he was. He's still very elusive, and he has great lateral quickness and acceleration, but, he doesn't appear to have the type of top end speed we'd hoped he had. After watching several practices this fall camp, there were a number of guys who looked faster to me than Devon.
