So, I'm sitting just above the Virginia bench on Saturday. Virginia was obviously pretty pumped-up after they marched down and scored in the 4th quarter. Right after the point-after I watched as their offense came down and sat on their bench just below me. One of their coaches came over and, with his back to the field, really started in with the pep talk, pumping his arms up and down and swearing like a sailor. He was really getting into a lather when I looked up and saw Adam Hine blazing down the field on his kickoff return. I glanced down and noticed his offensive players were also watching Hine, completely forgetting about the coach ranting at them. The coach seemed a bit dumbfounded, and with fists still in the air he turned around just in time to see Hine cross into the endzone. Immediately his arms dropped, his shoulders fell, and the entire pep talk was immediately forgotten as he wandered away from the group!
Totally priceless!
