I really don't know why everyone has rejoiced over the demise of the BCS computers. Those were included to counteract the traditional biases afforded to the traditional power schools and conferences. Now we're back to whether or not BYU passes the eyeball, aka "the team ain't mostly black" test.
It was just this past March that CBS analysts were given blind resumes of two schools, all chose resume "A" as clearly the best and easily in the field. When told resume "A" was BYU, all of the sudden we didn't pass the eyeball test.
