Jan did very well in 4-3. The shift to 3-4 killed him his Sr season

Jan was a good college 4-3 DE. Sadly, he lack either size for true DE or speed for OLB to make it at the next level.

Jan never played in the 4-3. He redshirted in 2005, and we ran the 3-4 from 2006
