To my knowledge, it's not marketed as such either. It's noticeably lighter than either Haagen-Dazs or Graeter's, both of which are quite a bit heavier in butterfat and have less air. I think Blue Bell actually compares pretty well quality wise with BYU creamery ice cream -- they're both at about the same level.
