In the stadium from my seat you could see that he hit the WR in the back b4

he got to the ball. It was not a small bump and it definitely affected the WR's opportunity for the catch. I didn't like the call because PReator is playing the ball, but he hit the WR before the ball got there, pretty hard, even though this video doesn't show it.
