So the following things suddenly stopped working on my car on the way home today: First the AC started coming on and off. It would be really strong and then it would stop blowing air. Then I started to feel a bit of a hard shift like my car was losing power. Then the radio and speakers stopped working (but the clock still worked) then the dashboard instruments stopped working and finally the car died on the highway. So I changed the alternator a couple months ago and so I thought maybe it was similar (even though none of the previous things happened the first time the alternator stopped working) and I had someone jump my car. It started right up and all the instruments came back on. Then after climbing a not so steep hill, it started to die on me, all the instruments shut off, including power windows etc. Then the car died again. It seems electrical but obviously that could have something to do with the alternator. Any ideas?
