No mention, of course, of Cal, Texas, BSU, Virginia, UCF, and so on. No mention of past or upcoming games against a bunch of very good P5 teams. No way BYU's schedule would be better off in a non-P5 conference. Really, our schedule wouldn't be a whole lot better in a division of the Big12. We might get a small boost in strength of schedule as compared to most years as an independent, but not much. The "legitimacy" factor would jump off the charts, but the actual schedule wouldn't be much better.
