No... Utah has had teams that beat byu but were much worse the rest of the
Seasons. BYU has undead been worse at the rivalry but programs play schedules and teams play games.
Yewtah has never had a program so they are a sniper school. They lay in wait circling a couple of games on the calendar each year.
That worked to keep ewe in the top 4 of the MWC every year but now you need to play every week and your program isn't strong enough to do that
Fwiw Kyle could beat bronco using provo high players. He is that studied on the man. This is part of the problem too. That's why they would always lose the next week.
Kyle knows how to build a team but there is no great program or culture to push that team forward.
It does you no good to be a real fast 100 meter runner in a 5000 meter race. That is what you are without a program. That is what you are if you are yewtah
