Lets not get crazy

only players That Other Team recruits are that fast. And if those players leave after their missions and go to say... BYU then they lose a lot of speed. Unless they are waffling - then their speed can change day to day.

Its too bad really because Langi could have been a good player if he had yewt speed. But since his decision to leave That Other Team he is pretty pedestrian.
