Very few can succeed at Michigan. Hoke was successful
at SDSU and at Louisville.
It requires stoking the fires of the Michigan alum, beating OSU, and being top ten. The resources should be there but the recruiting has been faulty for the players they need to win. There may be other systemic problems.
