I'm not sure I would say most talented. He was the best though.
As far as raw talent I think Steve Young was tops.
Jim's #1 trait was his fierce competitive nature.
The only ones I saw (as a fan of course, not an insider) as being anywhere near as competitive as Jim were Detmer and Hall. Jim was even more competitive than those two and he was certainly more physically talented than both.
