family is a HUGE motivation. If someone were to come to you and offer double the salary and a long enough leash to build what you've already built, you'd be a fool not to look at it. It's one thing to have a couple million in the bank, but if you can double that in a few short years and set your kids and grandchildren up for life...

I don't think Bronco is the best coach in America. I think he's one of the best defensive minds in college football right now. And I also think that BYU will be in a huge hole if he leaves after this season, simply because there isn't an equal replacement out there right now. I hope he stays.
