Both teams get an equal allotment of tickets and the stadium is usually 50% red, 50%orange as a result. They do it that way because it makes more money for both schools to do it Dallas because they can charge more and it's a bigger stadium, so they can sell more tickets too. That REALLY is a neutral game though. None of this West Virginia/BYU game in DC stuff.
