Penalties for AAC Ref that Missed the PI

Is there anything that can be done to insure that that jerk never steps on a football field again? BYU should at least have his name to make sure he's never allowed to officiate at LES. The football program should also be complaining really loudly to the AAC conference leadership. That was absolutely disgraceful.
