There is so much wrong with your post. It's pathetic.
I don't watch BYU because behind the scenes Bronco is "helping boys become men". I don't think there are many who honestly care all that much about that either. I care about BYU football because it is an entertaining distraction that helps me unwind and gives me something to look forward to in the fall It's owned by the church, and that is the only reason I jumped on the BYU bandwagon over the Utah one. I care about results and wins. I care about the rivalry. I want to be competitive. BYU football is entertainment, and if I don't feel entertained, I'm out. There are many fans just like me. BYU football has not been entertaining since 2009.

Your take on the players is bizarre. One one hand you speak of the limited recruiting pool, essentially saying that a kid has to be nearly a saint to be good enough for the university. Then you talk about how important it is to make these boys become men. They are already solid kids with high morals from good backgrounds. That's why they come to BYU. If you are really concerned about building men, then you should support opening up the recruiting pool bringing kids in from a more diverse background. Bronco severely self limits his recruiting pool. It is getting better, but until Martzen and Holliday got here, Bronco wasn't really willing to take any risks on kids who legitimately needed his help.

As for injuries...stop making excuses. Every team is banged up. BYU players are hurting just like everyone else. If anything these last three losses are an indictment of Bronco's poor recruiting and this programs lack of depth. We should be able to handle Utah State and Reno at home even with a few injuries. Please, please, please, stop making excuses for these atrocious losses.

On the small coaching pool..it's not as small as you want to pretend. This argument has been made many times, but your man Bronco was a nobody when he was promoted. Sitake, Nuimatalo, and Anderson all have better resumes than Bronco did when he was hired.
