Who is responsible for recruiting players? Who is responsible for developing their talents and work ethic? Who is responsible for setting the lineup for the games? If players aren't working hard enough, DON'T PUT THEM IN THE GAME! If the players aren't studying hard enough, DON'T PUT THEM IN THE GAME! If the players are failing to take coaching corrections, DON'T PUT THEM IN THE GAME! I have a feeling that they would correct those actions quickly enough if they quit seeing the field.

Lastly, if all of our players suck and refuse to work hard and study film, then the coaches are recruiting the wrong players!
