During the Crowton years I could tell that the team had given up. It didn't play hard. It got outworked. That made me miserable. I told myself that I could handle the losses as long as the team looked like it cared as much as I did.

The last couple of games the BYU players played hard, and they wanted to win.

Even though I think Nick Howell is a disaster, and Bronco screwed the pooch with his hire, I appreciate the players playing hard. I'm proud of them. And I'll keep following the team.

Also half the starters are injured - maybe that does mean something.
