As to #6, we had that shot this year, with an easier schedule. We bombed it.
I have no reason after the last 10 years to feel confident that BYU is going to do it next year, with an even tougher schedule across the board.
And if Taysom moves on, as has been speculated, it will be the beginning of the end for Bronco at BYU. He literally can not get out of his own way and hire defensive coordinators that are up to the job. 0 for 2 with disastrous results. People like to make fun of how Whit changes his OC every year, but Bronco has been equally bad a that DC spot so far. Both guys have tanked the program in a matter of games.
