Which conference is playing a tougher schedule?

The SEC already has a win over the likely Big 12 champion and ACC runner-up and still has a game against likely ACC champion and reigning champion FSU. All the numbers guys' calculations have the SEC tops. What do you think they're basing it on? By any system that doesn't have an "I just don't like the SEC" discount, they're on top by virtue of their OOC schedule.
