I guess it doesn't count if I am the owner of the business, right?
Maybe I will have to tell my customers to stop buying from me since I am clearly so bad at what I do, lol.

If you know any people who own and run successful businesses you would see they are much more optimistic than the whiners on here. You clearly don't do well in your line of business or you manage nobody.
The last thing a good manager or owner would do is have an emotional knee jerk reaction to a setback or two with an employee who has a very good record overall.
Bad news for you is, I don't hire whiners and complainers. Sorry.
