1. As soon as Howell finishes his last Organizational Behavior course and can correctly discuss things like "position mastery" and "organizations are perfectly designed to achieve the results they achieve," Howell is PROMOTED to Head Coach. His primary responsibility is making comments to sideline reporters at halftime / end of game, speaking at Cougar Club functions, overseeing the student-player fireside coordinator and doing the coaches show.

2. Bronco "retires" and goes back to coaching the defense. (And if somebody needs to yell at Dr. Anae, Howell gets to delegate that to Bronco)

Everybody wins, right?
