Even if you have kids or the strip isn't your thing all this is definitely worth seeing one night. Park at Caesar's and walk over to the Bellagio fountains. Watch one or two of them (I think they go every 15 mins) and then walk over to the Mirage (every 30 mins I believe) and then walk through the Venetian for a bit. On your way back if you are up for it you can see the fire show and fountains again.
