I am willing to offer two very specific changes to BYU football which WILL work
1. head coach not required to be LDS
2. head coach and staff paid at Pac12 average rates
Both of these are possible and would make a difference.
Ask the staff to sign the Honor Code like all other BYU employees and we are good to go.
