Your argument is, well, he's good and tall. The NFL isn't for good players. We have tons of good players who get passed by every year. Just sharing reality.
He's also a guy with two season ending injuries, who is known for being really skinny at that height which possibly leads to those, and a likely candidate for more of them.

Sorry if i don't think BYU will miraculously get a handful of guys drafted in 16. Mathews might have the same shot as Hoffman at an undrafted shot to hang around with someone.
