Very good summary
The defense is a mess, lots of issues to fix. Bronco has clearly struggled to find the right guy to take over his defense. Finding someone who both understands the D as he has designed it AND is capable of coaching technique and holding players accountable has not happened.
But the idea of firing a guy who has been so consistent, and has had to deal without his 5-10 best players is a bit of a reach.
