They have had some spectacularly bad moments, like the second quarter against Utah State or the meltdown at the end of the first half against Houston. It is really hard to dig a team out of those kinds of holes. They have also had a lot of mediocre play that isn't good but isn't terrible. But they have also shown some talent and ability to adjust, with rare flashes of actually being good. Quarters 2 and 3 against UCF come to mind, or even the second half against UT state.
