Has Eugene actually ever said what specifically he can/will do to fix everything? So far he has mentioned that DC has the infrastructure to withstand this kind of disaster and that he worked with diseases, but he has never said what can actually be done. The group is also assuming if they show up there that they will be welcomed into the compound.

It will be interesting to see how they handle cold weather in DC. Do walkers freeze? Maybe it would be easier to handle walkers in a cold climate, but harder to live through winters without heat. Anyone know how the comics address the Eugene issue?
