I care about BYU. I care about winning. I care about BYU winning.
My loyalty is to that and to that alone. If Bronco, Crowton, LaVell or Coach X gets it done, they have my support. If they can't get it done, they don't.

In Bronco's first 5 seasons he was 49-15 (.765). He was 3-2 against Yewtah, 3-0 against Yewtah State. He had relatively few stinker games. Maybe an average of 1 a season.

In his second 5 seasons, he is 37-22 (.627). He is 0-4 against Yewtah and 3-2 against Yewtah State. The stinker games are now at least 2 a season with the current season containing 3 (and counting?)

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the program is trending in the wrong direction. He is a good man and a good DC. I'd love nothing more than for him to right the ship. The problem is we now have ample evidence as to what he can do with this program. I feel bad for him, in another era he'd likely be safe, but college football has changed in the past 5 seasons.

The Admin seems to value exposure above all else, but the problem is exposure only comes with relevance. In the new world of the P5 haves and the G5 have nots, a world in which our rival has been elevated to the haves and we have been relegated to independence with weak November home schedules and a one loss margin of error, the plateau of achievement upon which Bronco's record now rests is a detriment to relevance and the hoped for exposure.

In my opinion, it is as big a risk to keep Bronco as it is to venture into the unknown with a new coach.
