This year, hes completing 66% with 11 yds per comp. Shorter passes= higher pass completion %. Take away that deep ball against USU and its less than 11.
I wouldnt say hes greatly improved.

His tendency to take off and run only increased. he only threw when wide open

He pocket presence needs improvement. Everything else was MUCH better.
