But I think there is a reason that Bevell is abandoning the run this year. Last year Seattle was one of the top rushing offenses in the NFL... this year, you had Marshawn Lynch sit out out camp for some time due to contract stuff and Lynch has not ran with the same power and strength that he ran with last year. I think Lynch looks very out of shape and I think he kind of took the offseason off... like really off. Hey, he won a Super Bowl... just like Dirk Nowitzki after he won the NBA finals... he took the summer off and barely touched the basketball.

That's just an outsiders point of view... I don't watch a ton of seattle games, but the little I have watched, Lynch looks nothing like he did last year or the year before.
