these losses won't matter as much. It is the 4 in a row to utah and losing twice to utah state now that has him on the hot seat. When you are not relevant nationally you have to be the big dog in the state. Your fans have to be able to wear their gear without being ridiculed by the other state teams who suck but still can say they are better. Your fans have to be able to have pride that hey, we didn't go to a bcs bowl but we are top dog here in utah.

Two of three coaches in this state seem to get that. It has allowed Kyle to keep his job. Bronco just doesn't get that and keeps treating it as another game.

Each spring game he needs to circle the instate games and say these are our biggest games. we will do all we can to win these first. it should be a top priority.
