I've used their procedures for buying 3 new cars. All 3 from walking into the dealer to driving out in the car were under 40 minutes. Absolutely zero back and forth or "let me talk with my manager" stuff. I knew the exact price of the car, including tax and license, before I walked into the dealer office. I had compared that price to at least 4 other dealers in the process.
