Happening in practice. Because practice is uptemp doesn't mean ample time isn't being given to these "young kids". Everyone in the country is dealing with finding the balance of coaching their young guys up and giving them the valuable reps that they need. I've heard a lot of criticism of Bronco before, but not taking the time to properly develop his players is a new one for me.
I understand the point you're making, but respectfully I submit that you watch a practice or two, then go to a meeting or two before assuming that the coaches, who are being paid a lot of money to coach and win and who know each of these players very, very well (recruited them for years and know their parents and family members well), decided one day that they don't have to coach them. Bronco has his shortcomings and I'm not convinced that he's the one that will lead us to another NC (I'm not convinced he's not either), but the guy knows his coaches and his players and he's been coaching for a long, long time.
