The way I see it if he takes over and really entrenches himself in the defense, they probably play a good game and everybody breathes a sigh of relief--just like has happened in the past when Bronco reinserts himself

He doesn't insert himself more and we continue to look terrible and we lose again.

If he does the first option, it will leave many pulling their hair out wondering why he waited so long. Why did he flush a special season down the toilet for an experiment that nobody outside of him thought would work? There were signs of trouble after Houston and Virginia. Everyone was asking Bronco to get more involved and take the defense back.

If he does the second, it will only drive that nail even further into his coffin. That special type of pride and arrogance would be unfathomable.
