You all realize that full scholarship athletes at BYU already get $900/month
on top of their tuition and books (not including team meals provided to them), right? They get it during the school year, so that's ~$7000 a year.
There isn't uniformity across the NCAA for what a "full scholarship" is that it's giving to players. At many schools it doesn't cover their living expenses, only their tuition adn books, and their family has to pay the rest.
