The occasional bad loss is going to happen, I get that. But I expect the team to bounce back and show that it was a fluke and not a true representation of how bad the team is.

I guess I also expect them to vie for a national ranking most years.

Ultimately, I expect them to beat the bad teams (usually beating them soundly) and at least play competitively against the good teams on the schedule each year.
