But collectively they would have the kind of depth that would match the top of most P5 conferences. Why can't they all just go to BYU! Ha. It I kind of too bad that everyone in the State of Utah can't just agree to put out one solid team.

But seriously, in reality (other than a few in-state recruits) I don't think the bulk BYU recruits would have the U anywhere in their top alternative choices. For me even choosing a school not for sports but academically, as an out-of-stater, it was BYU (because of what BYU is) or a bunch of other places - none of which were anywhere near Utah.
