Lol, it was a good move. Albertsons LLC. just bought back the retailer from Supervalu and wants to reintroduce itself as a local chain and is lowering prices. This isn't the only property on campus financed by grocers. The beautiful 250 seat Skaggs Hall of Learning was backed by the Skaggs family which innovated the grocery industry. Interesting story.
