If I did elliptical for 5 mins then two weight exercises then 5 mins elliptical
then 5 mins ellipitcal then two weight exercises, etc....is that considered "circuit training" or something similar or just a good combination of cardio and strength training? Just trying to input the info into FitnessPal.
