the second point about bronco and hiring coordinators is not getting personal. it is pretty close to a fact. the coordinators he has hired have not been good. he even hired back the same one that the ad made him fire two years earlier. to me it is not getting personal, it is true. bronco sucks at hiring coordinators and that is his greatest downfall as a coach. whether he does it because of ego or because he values loyalty over competence i dont' know. but there is not qusetion that one of his biggest problems is that he hasn't hired competent assistants.

i am not in the fire bronco bunch, but i feel like this point is staring us all in the face.
