Not true. The coach can teach, train, run drills, etc, but the young players
still have to make plays. If they are out of position, or aren't assignment sound, especially in Bronco's defense, they will cost the team. That part is not rocket science, nor is it anything a coach can control. They aren't on the field when the ball is snapped.
