The only thing Howell isn't at fault for is not being a very good coach. Not his fault. It is what it is. He has no resume and there's no reason for him to be great. That's just normal. Obviously things that happen under him are due to his coaching, as well as others, but yes, overall, we know Bronco is the one who is guilty of lazy, crap promotions and hires.
