it isn't working. You have been a staunch defender of his for as long as I can remember, but ten years in I think he is who he is. If that is good enough for the AD and BOT then so be it. The consequences is that the team is going to settle in as a "mid-major" and I see a lower tier conference in their future. With that will come a drastic decline in support from fans, donors, etc.

The AD laid out the expectations for this program four years ago. We were all on board and doing what we could through season ticket purchases, CC donations, travel with the team etc.to show our support. Four years in the results have been mixed at best. I just don't think the expectations of the AD are sustainable with Bronco. He is a great man, great DC, but I don't think he will ever be a great HC.
