His center of gravity is too high
And not just because he is tall. His legs are too long. Takes him too long to get up to speed. He has problems changing direction and staying low enough to set the edge. A couple of years ago, I would see him get pancaked at least once a game. He is doing a better job staying on his feet, but he is never going to be a good end.

I always thought KVN with his long torso and short legs had an advantage. His acceleration was incredible and once he got around the tackle, he could make the turn and get into the QB before the QB had time to do anything about it.
