And let him bring his own staff and system. I think this would boost the defense and recruiting. There could even be a little wink wink from TH that he would have the inside shot at HC should things go well when Bronco steps down. It's pretty obvious Howell needs to go and try and prove himself elsewhere. It is also pretty obvious that Bronco needs to think outside his coaching box to try and get the program to the nesxt level, or probably should go himself.
